Small Group Training provides players with the perfect environment to develop their skills while training alongside other motivated athletes. Combining personalized coaching with competitive repetition, these sessions create an energetic atmosphere that challenges players to push themselves while learning from one another.

Each session is designed to maximize touches on the ball, increase decision-making speed, and improve technical execution under pressure. Players will work through a progressive training model that focuses on ball mastery, passing and receiving, finishing, speed and agility, game awareness, and competitive match-related activities.

Training with a small group allows players to experience realistic soccer situations while still receiving individualized coaching and feedback. The result is a faster learning environment that builds confidence, creativity, communication, and a higher level of performance.

The DMS 4-Phase Training Model

Phase 1 – Warm Up
Prepare the body and mind through movement, coordination, mobility, and ball activation.

Phase 2 – Technical Phase
Develop ball mastery, passing, receiving, dribbling, finishing, and individual technique.

Phase 3 – Functional Phase
Apply skills in game-realistic situations that improve decision-making, awareness, and soccer IQ.

Phase 4 – Fitness Phase
Build speed, agility, quickness, endurance, and mental toughness through soccer-specific conditioning.
