Doug Miller Soccer – 24 Hour Cancellation Policy
At Doug Miller Soccer, we reserve training time specifically for each player and family. Because lesson times are held exclusively for you, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request.
Cancellation Policy:
- Any training session cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled based on availability.
- No-shows are considered late cancellations and will be charged in full.
- This policy allows us to fairly manage trainer schedules and because it is typically not possible to fill the reserved time slot on short notice.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our coaches’ time and scheduling commitments.
