The DMS Level 10 Challenge™ is a progressive ball mastery program designed to develop touch, coordination, concentration, balance, confidence, and elite-level juggling ability.

This challenge is built on a simple principle:

Master each level before moving to the next.

Players begin with their thighs, progress to their feet, and ultimately master the ball with their head. Every level is designed to build a foundation that prepares you for the next challenge.


LEVEL 1: THIGH MASTERY

Every player starts with their thighs.

The objective is to juggle the ball using only your thigh while developing equal control on both sides of your body.

Step 1: Right Side

Perform:

  • 1 juggle and catch
  • 2 juggles and catch
  • 3 juggles and catch

Continue all the way to:

  • 10 juggles and catch

Step 2: Left Side

Repeat the exact same progression:

  • 1 juggle and catch
  • 2 juggles and catch
  • 3 juggles and catch

Continue all the way to:

  • 10 juggles and catch

Step 3: Alternating

Alternate right and left thighs:

  • 1 alternating juggle and catch
  • 2 alternating juggles and catch

Continue all the way to:

  • 10 alternating juggles and catch

Once all three sections are completed, you have officially completed Level 1.


LEVELS 2 THROUGH 10

Each new level follows the same pattern.

Level 2 begins with:

  • 1, 2 juggles and catch
  • 1, 2 juggles and catch
  • Continue building the sequence

Progress all the way to:

  • 10 consecutive repetitions of the pattern

Each level becomes more challenging, demanding greater concentration, rhythm, coordination, and ball control.

Only after successfully completing a level may you advance to the next.


FOOT MASTERY

Once all thigh levels have been completed, players move to the feet.

The progression remains exactly the same, with one important difference:

No Catching

Instead of catching the ball after each sequence, the ball is allowed to bounce once between repetitions.

Example:

  • 1 touch, bounce
  • 2 touches, bounce
  • 3 touches, bounce

Continue through:

  • 10 touches, bounce

Complete:

  1. Right Foot
  2. Left Foot
  3. Alternating Feet

Then advance through all 10 levels using the same progression system.


HEAD MASTERY

After mastering the feet, players move to the final stage: heading.

Stage One

Perform:

  • 1 header and catch
  • 2 headers and catch
  • 3 headers and catch

Continue through:

  • 10 headers and catch

Stage Two

Advance to the next progression:

  • 1, 2 headers and catch
  • 1, 2, 3 headers and catch

Continue through every level until reaching the ultimate challenge.


THE FINAL LEVEL 10 TEST

The final test of the DMS Level 10 Challenge™ is simple:

Complete 10 consecutive juggles and catch the ball.

Then do it again.

And again.

Until you have successfully completed:

10 consecutive juggles and catch — 10 times in a row.

No drops.

No mistakes.

Total control.
